My folks have an Apple. My Dad has forgotten his admin password
and can’t retrieve it be requesting a new one for some reason- he doesn’t seem to receive one. He needs help.. wondering what your rates are for fixing that and he may have other queries.
Also, we just upgraded to Telstra from iinet but the connection upstairs times out all the time… its a problem as I work from my computer upstairs.
